In Case You Missed It…..

COMUFON held its September monthly meeting on the western slope in the city of Montrose. Guest speaker, Jim Frazier, a former newspaper reporter and editor and now investigative journalist and video documentary producer, spoke about his new book, “Transformation of a Common Man: The Brian Scott Story.”Brian’s unusual journey began with seeing an unusual orange ball of light in the sky then lost two unexplained hours of time. The story continues with Brian going down to South America to complete his transformation in an Incan Temple. This was known as “Quantum Evolution to mind level 8.” An alien race, the Nordics, explained to Brian that transformation of a man has happened nine times before throughout history. Another alien race, the Grays, along with the Nordics had worked together with the Incas to help them achieve enlightenment. But now the Grays want to meddle and intervene with the progression of humankind. However, the Nordics negotiated with the U.S. government to put the Grays on “hold” with their intervention. Allegedly the Grays conceded to stop meddling as long as humankind transformed to enlightenment by December 24th 2011.

To prove that humankind can develop technologically, Brian built a machine called the Neural-Optical-Responder. This involved the developmental use of neurological and optical collusion. As a result, in 1980, Brian was commended for this technology by then President Jimmy Carter in the White House. According to Jim Frazier’s book, there appears to be a race against time for humankind to psychologically and technologically develop to “mind level 8” before the Gray’s intervene for purposes of their own.

This strange and unusual story continues to unfold. Frazier has completed a screenplay concerning these events and is looking to produce a documentary.
