Official Canadian UFO documents
Chris Rutkowski is a Canadian science writer and educator with degrees in astronomy and education. Chris will be providing a two-part presentation. Part 1: Canadian Government UFO Documents - After Project Blue Book ended in 1969, not much is known about official American government UFO investigations or cases until the mid-2000s. But in Canada, there is a continuous record of official government UFO investigations from 1947 until today, including military pilot sightings of UAP, trace cases with radiation and "metamaterials," and recognition of UAP by the highest levels of government. Can AARO learn from its counterpart in Canada? Part 2: UAP Data and Case Studies - Since 1989, the Canadian UFO Survey has analyzed UFO case data to examine how reports and UFO/UAP characteristics changed over the last three decades. What has the Survey discovered... and did it cease in 2024?
Chris has nine published books on UFOs and related issues, including A World of UFOs (2008), When They Appeared (2017) and his new book Canada’s UFOs: Declassified (2021). He has appeared on numerous television programs, including Unsolved Mysteries, UFO Hunters, NASA’s Unexplained Mysteries, Sightings, and A-E’s The Unexplained.
